Your data is yours
One click builds a complete export of your whole practice in open JSON and CSV, free, any time. On cancellation you get a final copy before the tenancy is retired.
If the company changes hands, or closes
Three months' written notice on a sale, with the buyer bound by the same terms. Twelve months' notice on a wind-down, with the service running the whole time, and your export available for eighteen months after.
HIPAA, with one agreement to sign
One Business Associate Agreement for you to sign; we hold the agreements with every vendor behind it. The posture is on the compliance page, including backups you can check yourself.
The price you sign up at is the price you keep
If prices rise later, that applies to new practices, not to yours. Usage rates track vendor cost and are published, not quoted.
